The SMB Group is a highly successful FE college, formed through the merger of Stephenson College and Brooksby Melton College. We are an innovative and highly responsive centre for education and training with campuses in Coalville, Melton Mowbray and Brooksby.

As an experienced and self-assured leader in education, you will have a track record of successfully developing and implementing initiatives that drive forward curriculum planning and development along with excellence in teaching and learning. With an innate ability to engage with key stakeholders, you will be driven to innovate and develop the A level curriculum and work with colleagues across the college to contribute to development in line with national, regional and local priorities.  Your coaching leadership style will inspire, empower and develop others.
