For National Apprenticeship Week we spoke to some of our Engineering Apprentices and Lecturers.
Mia Walker, Level 3 Engineering Student and A B Produce PLC Apprentice, said "I like that college balances work out, so that when you're at work you're getting the practical side and at college you're getting your theory to strengthen your understanding."
Anelka Evans, Welding and Fabrication Student and FP McCan Apprentice, said "An Apprenticeship is like the best of both worlds, one minute you're doing your practical and the next you're doing theory, it blends everything together well. College can also help you during your job because you learn how to deal with different types of people."
