The SMB Group is a highly successful FE college, formed through the merger of Stephenson College and Brooksby Melton College. We are an innovative and highly responsive centre for education and training with campuses in Coalville, Melton Mowbray and Brooksby.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the College for a Business Administrator to join the team based at Brooksby. Working in this role you will assist the Housekeeping Team Lead in whatever way possible to ensure the smooth running of the area, as well as the highest standards of customer service for the enhancement of the student and customer experience.  Interacting with and maintaining excellent working relationships with all departments within the organisation to ensure that the Cleaning & Estates function is operating in a professional and efficient manner, making a positive contribution to the organisation.

You should have excellent IT Skills - using the Microsoft Office Suite and exceptional organisation skills – having an eye for detail, with the ability to work under pressure.  Outstanding communication skills are a must for this position as you will be representing the College to the general public on the telephone and face to face, so you must be able to communicate professionally and clearly and feel confident about dealing with students, visitors and colleagues at all levels throughout the organisation.
